Can I buy Black Collar in liquor stores?
Yes, Black Collar is available nationwide in all good liquor stores. However, you can order direct from the distillery right here, right now, just click the on the spirits page.
Do you sell merchandise?
Yes we do, launching on this website very soon!
Can I recycle my bottle?
Yes, you can place it in glass recycling or turn it into a water bottle or flower vase.
Do you offer distillery tours?
Not at this stage, we're too busy working, sorry!
Why do you need my phone number?
In case there's a problem with your address or the courier can't find your house.
What happens if I'm not home when the courier comes?
Couriers cannot leave the shipment outside your house as it needs to be signed for by someone over the age of 18. If you're not home, a card will be left and you'll need to collect it from your local sorting office or rearrange delivery.
What happens if I put the wrong address?
Once its left our distillery, there's not much we can do. Make sure you put the correct details in when ordering.
Can I add a note?
Sure, but not too long.
Where do you ship to?
We ship NZ wide only.
How fast is delivery?
Shipments should arrive in 1-2 days North Island Urban or 2-4 days NZ North Island Rural. For South Island shipments, please allow an extra day for delivery. During holiday periods, shipping times can be extended.
